Attending the world with the true knowledge is changing ourselves.

The impression that one may get from the information below about galactic intelligence and life and its relation to earthly life and civilization may be at first shocking and negative. And indeed there are some very bad news relevant to that. I would feel traitor of humanity if I knew such information, if I believe it to be true and did not communicate it to other people. But there are also some very good news. In fact the good news are more than the bad news. The good news are mainly

a) the empowering of the hope that we may overcome the self-destructive forces that accumulate problems in our planetary biosphere (through what is mentioned below as “lift-up” of the terra-formed civilizations)

b) The recognition that our true DNA ancestors are already great and powerful civilizations in the Galaxy. We are DNA children of 22 Galactic races.

2. Galactic and Recent Earth’s civilizations history

2.1 The Homo Sapiens (for which remainders are found the last 150,000 years) has a radical abrupt change from the Neanderthal (and older) man. It is not a natural evolution of this older earthly humanoid, it has come from many other solar systems in the galaxy with their own DNA that their original place was in the constellation of Lyra (star Vega), that was invaded and destroyed 600,000 ago by the Draconian reptilians. The original humans from Lyra do not exist any more but their DNA children have made many great and powerful civilizations in the Galaxy. Among them in Pleiades, Andromeda, Procyon, etc While the original skin color of the humans from Lyra was amber, blue and/or red, by now the different colors of their DNA children in the galaxy are more than 300. For the diversification of the colors the color of the sun of the solar system that they stay plays an important role. There was also genetic manipulation since ancient times (Sumerians reported to have suffer it, and probably older times too) seemingly mainly from races from Sirius B (Satais) , Anunnaki, Nibiru, from their DNA and earthly animal and other earthly humans DNA to produce slave-workers for their agendas. The humanoids from Sirius B (Satais) look human but have reptilian eyes, and are half-reptilian usually "kites" of the reptilians.

Currently we are the DNA children of 22 different races of the Galaxy.

2.2 There are 4 types of planetary biospheres in the Galaxy

a) The hydrogen H₂-biospheres that are the most common

b) The ammonia NH₃-biospheres.

c) The methane CH4-biospheres.

d) The Oxygen O₂-biospheres, that are the most biologically complex and rare.

2.3 There was a planet at the orbit where now is called the zone of asteroids (between planets Mars and Jupiter) that is believed that it had Oxygen O₂-biosphere and was destroyed billions of years ago. The earth’s O₂-biosphere has come from this lost biosphere, that is why in secret Vedas teachings of the India and Tibet the earth is called “the young daughter of a long ago lost brother” The Anunnaki aliens taught the ancient Sumerians that it was destroyed by a large satellite of a travelling planet-size space-ship (most probably a civilization related to reptilians) and that the planet broke partly and shifted to a new orbit closer to the sun. As billions of years passed and by rotation, it become round again, and it is nothing else than the planet earth. This history explains also the larger than expected hollow parts inside earth. The Andromedans did not gave any such scientific information about this version of the history of earth to Alex Collier.

2.4 Travelling inside the galaxy from solar system to solar system has been known to Andromedan’s sciences to be older than 245 millions years B.C. The oldest types of space-ships where spherical, mimicking natural celestial bodies, like planets and their satellites. One of the oldest propulsion techniques is utilizing the thermal or internal energy of the 4th density gaseous matter (aether) , and in our earthly terminology would say, extraction energy from the potential energy of the gravitational field. But our present academic knowledge in physics cannot cover completely this technology as we keep on thinking of the electromagnetic and gravitational field as "empty space" where force interactions propagate, instead of a finer resolution or density material layer (4th density gaseous matter see post 12 in psychologicalkeys.blogspot.com ). We have forgotten our old great minds of Sir I. Newton that insisted on the existence of aether filling space between earth and the sun, or of Maxwell that was calling the electromagnetic field as electromagnetised aether. Before we become able in the Universities to enhance and unify electromagnetism and gravitation in single non-linear system of equations of the 4th density gaseous matter (aether) utilizing the energy and momentum conservation, we will not be able to understand this propulsion, which is the propulsion of the flying discs. Neither we will be able to understand how it is possible to reduce the inertial mass (and also gravitational mass) of bodies without changing the amount of matter, in low (non-relativistic) speeds. Andromedans told to Alex Collier (in the letters from Andromeda) that humanoids from the O2 -biospheres can travel whith such propulsion to speeds up to 4 times the speed of light (the 4th density gaseous matter or aether follows in the interior of the spaceships). While humanoids from the H2 -biospheres cannot go faster than the speed of light as their mind frequency is lower than the mind frequency of the minds of humanoids of the O2 -biospheres. The aether following or not in the spaceship seems to depend on the mind frequency too. (So far with Einstein's impossibility axiom that nothing goes faster than light which turns to be not a physical law at all but rather the older transportation practice only for the H2 -biospheres humanoids. Notice below that on earthly ancient Atlantis such humanoids where the Nibiru) But more modern transportation technology in the Galaxy, utilizes instead the "Field Gates" that function with coordinates and by entering the field-gate you exit almost immediately in the linked field-gate that may be in an other solar system, many light years away. I have not a simple clue how this works from the laws of physics, but most probably is within the 12 laws of the new millennium physics in post12 of psychologicalkeys.blogspot.com .The simplest metaphor that I can think of the difference of transportation by flying discs compared to transportation with field-gates, is that of sending a letter written on paper by snail-mail and scanning it and sending it by e-mail. Modern galactic travelling is also to other galaxies. Our solar system is at the outer "suburbs" of our galaxy, and an old idea was to make it a center of information exchange of extra-galactic travelling.

2.5 The planet Mars had O₂-biosphere that came from the O₂-biosphere of the lost planet (at the asteroid zone) and Mars biosphere was destroyed 69.3 million years ago (my speculation: probably in wars between reptilians and non-reptilian civilizations of the Galaxy at that time).

2.6 The mammals on the earthly biosphere are believed by the earthly modern palaeontologists to begin appearing 250 millions years ago. (see the relevant video by Peter Ward who nevertheless is not a follower of the alien intervention causality. http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/peter_ward_on_mass_extinctions.html)

But then there is a strange phenomenon of the greatest of all massive extinction (the Permian extinction of mammals) where almost all mammals disappear and mammal-like reptiles appear and the age of dinosaurs started. Which in its turn become extinct (the KT-extinction of dinosaurs see alsohttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KT_extinction) about 65.5 million years ago (notice the about coincidence with the catastrophe of the O2-biosphere of the Planet Mars, 69.3 million yeas ago). In the light that civilizations were travelling millions of years ago in the Galaxy, both extinctions might not be accidental astronomic phenomena (meteorites etc) but big wars: The bigest, the Permian extinction initiated by reptilian civilisations and the KT-extinction by non-reptilian civilizations beating the long lasting (more than 100 million years) regime of reptilians. But even if this is not true, and this had to do only with animals (which I do not believe very probable) there comes an interesting positive guess-conclusion: Planet earth has the biosphere were the long lasted (more than 100 million years) kingdom of reptilians (a situation that should never had happened) millions of years ago, was beaten by the more advanced non-reptilian life. A sacred historic moment and memory of the efforts of life for normal evolution.

2.7 The first colonizers from the by now lost Lyra (star Vega) civilisation came on earth (at Libya and Niger border) in 701.655 B.C. The early humans from Lyra were also staying in an Underground town , in a large hollow part of the solid crust of earth, that according to Andromedans the ruins still exist. There are more and larger hollow parts inside earth than what the modern earthly scientists believe there are.

Later in 585,133 B.C. came colonizers from Butese (Nibiru) in the area of Cairo. But before them in 899,701 B.C. the Draconian reptilians came on earth too and in 763,132 colonizers from Orion.

2.8 Between 439,231 and 317,000 there was war between the colonizers from Nibiru and Orion; This war involved splitting of atoms too and it was radioactive. The Andromendans believe that the blood before these wars, had more chemical compounds involving copper; but radioactivity of the war started gradually changing the chemical details of boold. The war is won by the groups from Orion. The planet falls in the hands of Orion. In 87,000 B.C. colonizers from Orion make bases in Australia.

2.9 In 71,933 B.C is founded the collective colony of Lemouria (Mu land=Mather land) in small continent in Northern pacific Ocean that is now lost. This state was formed by the agreed union of the biosphere-bases (called Edens) of the various colonizers. The participating civilizations were from the constellations ofLyra, Sirius A, Pleiades (races from star Tayeta and Merope), Ursa Minor (belongs to the Orion group), Butese (Nibiru) etc.

2.10 As time passed the Pleiadians were upset and left the colony of Lemouria going back to Pleiades. Then they came back in 57,600 B.C. and they founded the collective colony of Atlantis, in a big island in the Northern Atlantic Ocean (that is by now lost). The participating races were from Pleiades, Nibiru, Alderbarans, Antariaens, the Hayades, a group from Sagitarius and the Andromendans make a guest appearance. With the exception of Nibiru, all of these are O2 breathers, that established Atlantis. Some of the Nibiruan, a tribe, are oxygen breathers, because they come from Sirius B. But those Nibiruans that come from Butese are hydrogen breathers. (Nibiru live in an artificial planet).

2.11 In 31,017 B.C Lemouria is destroyed in war. According to Andromedans there is still an underwater temple almost intact that modern earthly archaeologists have not discovered yet.

2.12 In 27,603 B.C. the Atlantis is destroyed. The ancient priests of Egypt had told to Plato, that Atlantis was in the sea beyond the pass of Gibraltar, it was a round island with circular concentric channels, and was destroyed 3 times ago as the time of the last cataclysm. The Last cataclysm is timed according to modern archaeologists between 9,600 and 12,000 B.C. therefore the reports somehow of Plato and of Andromedans about agree.

2.13 The Destruction of Atlantis involved also split of atoms, and resulting radioactive materials, that contaminated the biosphere for 22,000 years (the half-life cycle of some radioactive elements). The very few human beings that survived were also contaminated and the higher centres of the brain were destroyed with resulting degradation from highly involved intelligent human beings to sick primitive survivors. In this way also and from gradual mutations in the DNA the 4 colours appeared: Red, Yellow, Black, White. It seems that the Andromedans believe that the diversification to the 4 colors on the humanoids of the planet may have started already from the Orion wars agains the Nibiru on this planet since the 400,000 B.C. So the civilization had to start again around 5,000 B.C. which coincides with the genetic manipulation by the Anunnaki (Nibiru) to ancient Sumerians.

2.14 Powerful civilizations of the Galaxy have disciples called “solar system building” that move planets and put them in orbit around stars to form a solar system, and plant biospheres. The older types (millions of years ago) of space-ships were round and hollow planet-like or satellite-like. According to Andromedans in a nearby Galaxy, a civilization has build a space-ship in the size of planet Jupiter!

2.15 Notice that according to classical palaeontology all these were happening during the Pleistocene period and the Middle Palaeolithic and Middle stone age (300,000-30,000 B.C.). The Holocene period (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holocene) starting about 10,000 B.C. has an abrupt raising of the average temperature of the earth’s biosphere and coincides with the events of the cataclysm. According to the Andromedans cataclysms occur when in solar system building or accidentally there is a significant change in the orbit of a planet.

2.16 The moon is an artificial construction. It is an older type space-ship that was build in Ursa Minor , and brought here about 9,300 B.C. Notice that Ursa Minor was among the civilizations in the collective colony of Lemouria, that belongs to the Orion group. Putting such a body in orbit around earth would most probably caused orbit shifts on earth, or it may be that intentionally at the same time, earth was shifted closer to the sun which had as effect raising of the temperature (start of the Holocene period) and probably a cataclysm. Also the last cataclysm of the bible, was at about that time. It could be naturally depended on the orbit shift or not. The moon is hollow, it is a spherical metal structure, its soil is nevertheless 6 billion years old (older than the earth) and it has propulsion mechanism to make it travel. Since the 1980, I was reading in news papers that the seismographs that the American astronauts of 1966 left on moon, were recording moon “earthquakes” each time a meteorite fall on the surface of the moon, that proved it to be hollow (as it was “ringing” for hours). The craters are strangely shallow, as also the coincidence of the rotation period with that of spin-period and the spin period of the sun! (Women’s menstruation periods are more likely modulated by the period of spin of the sun rather than that of the moon). During 1990 Alex Collier Reports that in underground bases live 20-30 thousand Pleiadian humans and in other underground bases 2-3 thousand Greys.

2.17 When earth was moonless:

^{2.18 Earth's oceans were of drinkable water!}

Andromedans told to Alex Collier that in the O₂-biospheres in the Galaxy the oceans of the planets have non-salty drinkable water! And so did earth's biosphere in the remote past. That earth's oceans are from salty water is an artificial intervention, and it should have taken at least 36 years to salinate, so as to give time to the sea creatures to adjust. They told him that this was done not with good intentions, but so as to control where the primitive people could go and live and have drinkable water. I could not find in his writings what civilization and when they did it. But the speculations is pretty obvious: The reptilians and their "kites". To me it is disturbing that in such a planetary scale, evil intervention for scarcity reduced the blessed abundance of planet's resources in drinkable water. The sooner we pass to the new energy model of almost free and ubiquitous energy, the sooner we will be able to desalinate the sea water, and restore partly the lost blessed abundance.

2.19 The planet Mars has underground bases of reptilians with thousend of military flying discs. From these bases an earthly secret colonization from 300,000 individuals from USA, and USSR was captured and destroyed as was told to Alex Collier. (My speculation: The number 300,000 seems too big. But it is probably true. If they did not kill them, they are eating them, or they are subject to genetic experiments and crimes.) The satellites “Phobos” and “Deimos” of Mars are artificial too and hollow with underground bases that are said to have been used by the Greys.

2.20 Earthly indigenous cannibal reptilians.

The Andromedans reported to Alex Collier that there are 1,833 only reptilian individuals on earth that are indigenous and are here before the 1^st man with the Lira DNA came on earth. Are there here from the 899,000 B.C. colonization of the Draconians on earth? Are there here say from before 10-14 million years ago? Are there here since the time of the dinosaurs and the regime of the reptilians on earth? I do not know. But it seems to me in the light of the above knowledge that the reptilians were not the 1^st humanoids. My speculation is that a more advanced race of intelligence created them with genetic engineering so as to have workers that are able to work hard, underground, in difficult biosphere conditions e.g. in terra-formed biospheres with many animal-monsters, and in low temperatures; and this more advanced race obviously was not a reptilian race, otherwise they would not need their special features. It seems that things got out of control. Another observation is that they can survive in sick biosperes by microbes and H2S that mammals cannot survive. Andromedans do not know either the origin of the reptilians in the Galaxy. They do not think they evolved in the biospheres of the Galaxy. Probably some other civilizations dumped them in a place in this Galaxy.

These earthly reptilians live in hollow large areas underground in more than 100 km inside (or at the end of) the solid crust of earth (probably so deeply so as to get advantage of the geothermal energy).

They are responsible for 31,000 disappearance of children in the last 25 years, according to Andromedans (information during the decade of 1990's).

They prefer children’s flesh rather than adults flesh, they most probably are helped by the Greys, have advanced technology to move without being seen, and they torture the children before the kill, so as to extract substances that the human brain produces , and they want as drags.

They live very long compared to human life (maybe thousand of years as Alex Collier remarked).

After the destruction of the Atlantis, these reptilians succeeded in passing as immortals and gods, to the degraded primitives, and dominated them in religions, mysteries, power and politics. There are many pictures of ancient cultures where they appear speaking to the kings etc. And many monster-based or dragon-based religions. In the island of Crete for example there is the myth of the Minotaur (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minotaur) a humanoid monster, with a mask of a taurus (=Bull) (notice in pictures of the brown type not the green type of indigenous earthly reptilians that they have a mouth like that of a bull) that was kept in a labyrinth and was demanding the blood-tax , of the best young boys and girls from Athens to eat. It was the Athenian hero Theseus with the help of Ariadni, who eventually killed it.

I find also the persisting "mythology" of the cold blooded Draculas or vimpires , that are also cannibals, very relevant to the reptilians, that have also holographic-like technology to appear as if of human face and skin. Or maybe they have created by genetic engineering hybrids between them and ordinary earthly mammal humans. The earthly indigenous reptilians listen and take orders directly from the large Draconian reptilians, that from time to time visit in an undercovered way earth.

2.21 Dolphins and Whales.

Dolphins and whales are mammals of the sea, and this by itself is an intriguing puzzle: What are mammals doing in the sea? Normally the sea creatures are behind in evolution to reptiles, and any type of mammals. Mammals appear quite later in the hierarchy of evolution of creatures on the land. But whales and dolphins is a strange exception. Suddenly mammals reign in the seas. Dolphins and whales appear on earth about 54 million years ago (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whales#Evolution). That is a bit after the extinction of the dinosaurs (KT-extinction) and also the catastrophe of the O2-biospere of the planet Mars. As whales are sentient creatures, some how they are externally before the reptilian evolution, as the evolution of fishes and sea creatures is prior to reptiles. And they are mammals. This by itself is a clue to their mystery of creation. It is as if natural evolution went behind in evolution to be sure that mammals reign in the oceans too, in life kingdoms lower to reptiles bodily evolution. Whales due to their size are essentially absolute mammal rulers of the ocean as no other sea creature can threaten them. They swim freely and sing their songs. What is amazing is that they can very well talk, and alien civilizations have decoded their trinary language, and wrote in books what the whales and dolphins told them. They are very-very beautiful poets, philosophers and story tellers!

Of magnitude 1.33 it is a white supergiant that is to 3,200 years light of us and 60,000 times greater than our Sun It is a spectacular supergiant.

They were brought here millions of years ago and they are recording. My understanding is that when they birth the young they teach them the song and the song is the story of their lineage and the history that they have learned of the home world that they are on. That’s the song that they sing. They are singing the song of the lineage. It’s one right after the other; they teach them everything they know. It’s absolutely amazing….

2.22 Galactic groups of civilizations

The reptilian civilizations from the constellations Dracon and Orion were in war for more than 100,000 years (since the destruction of the civilization in Lyra at the star Vega), with the non-reptilian civilizations. No side completely destroyed or dominated the other side, and the war by now seems that it has stopped. The reptilians have created and allied also with half-reptilian civilizations like that of Sirius B. The Greys were enslaved by the reptilians, all the male were killed, and the female were genetically manipulated so as not to be able to reproduce. The Greys are compelled to be “kites” of the reptilians or half-reptilians (Kite in the underground language is the one that is put to act the agenda of mafia groups where mafia cannot appear). Not all types of Greys are regressive and malevolent. In Orion there are reptilian civilizations. The other group of non-reptilian civilizations meet at the Andromedan Council of 139 civilizations. Like our earthly United Nations but more powerful.

2.23 Terra-formed biospheres and Lift-up of civilizations

When a planetary biosphere is inhabited by underdeveloped humanoids in the primitive state they are called terra-formed, and their consciousness, “Consciousness under veil”. When they are gradually awakened, but still they do not know the existence of other galactic Civilizations , if the Andromedan Council decides to choose them, they send groups from civilizations (e.g. from those civilizations that may have their DNA) to conduct the lift-up of the civilization. The lift-up involves raising their bodily frequency (of spin of protons, electrons, neutrons) so as to be able to communicate with them (law of vibration and communication) and sharing of values and civilization expertise, resources, and inclusion or affiliations with the Andromedan Council. Most of the civilizations in such a stage have the problems that we know on earth now: Overpopulation, degradation of the biosphere, outdated energy models, wars etc.

Earth’s civilizations was chosen together with 21 other civilizations for the lift up. Mainly three civilizations have been entitled to undertake the Lift-up: Pleiadians, Arndomedans, Arcturians. Notice that all of them were also in the collective colonies of Lemouria and Atlantis, and are some of the most advanced, highly evolved and quality civilizations in the Galaxy. From these three races the Pleiadians seem to have larger part of our DNA compared to the other two, from their DNA. The civilizations of the Galaxy seem to consider as significant the DNA lineage among the races, more than what we are accustomed to consider in the earthly civilization. This is not racism by any way though, as the honouring, respect of freedoms, free will and values is of primary importance. More of a family sense of responsibility. The lift-up may not succeed. The raising of the material and bodily frequency may very well fail, or the values of the new civilization and the older in the longer perspective, may turn out to be incompatible. In our case the Sirius B civilization tried in a cunning way to sabotage the lift-up. They tried with a discipline called "solar engineering" to keep the frequency of the human bodies low, by influence through our sun.

3. Dangers of tyranny in the earthly civilization.

The earth civilization is in danger of brutal or subtle tyranny, directly or indirectly from the reptilian influences. Andromedans worry that a tyranny on earth may have chain such phenomena in other civilizations too in the Galaxy. Let us not forget the over 100 million prehistory reptilian domination on earth and the final victory of the normally evolved life.

The way the “kites” of the reptilians work, and was done also in ancient Sumerians, is mainly the next

3.1 They approach the upper social cast, offering advanced technology and teachings demanding to hide it from the rest of the population.

3.2 So they create a split in the population: a minority of privileged, and a vast majority of unsuspected people.

3.3 The arrogant individuals of this upper cast are seduced by the advanced technology which is to them like “magic”, but they cannot really understand it or develop it, as the biggest number of the good scientific minds are out there in the unsuspected majority. So eventually they totally depend and are dominated by the visitor “kites”

3.4 The demand to hide the advanced technology is indeed convincing to the privileged minority as it is for alien civilizations of relatively very few or not existing criminals, and if this technology was in public for the domestic majority, many terrorists or other criminals would take advantage of it for the bad of all. So many types of secret “security groups” are created that they destroy democracy and create a kind of “cancer” in the body of that civilization.

3.5 At the same time the academic world of the unsuspected majority, when as evolving, comes upon discoveries of physical principles, laws, and technology that is of the type of the alien hidden technology of the privileged group , they feel that they have to stop, as it is say a military classified technology, or because the are intimidated by the “security groups” and are afraid to go on.

3.6 The above creates a blocking of the evolution of the civilization.

3.7 As the problems accumulate, the excuses for more “security groups” and types of tyranny, and destruction of the open democracy goes on.

3.8 Unless something stops all this procedure, the civilization is condemned to end under a direct brutal tyranny by the reptilians, that may come latter themselves or indirect subtle tyranny by other half-reptilian agents that come later to dominate the civilization.

4. The duration of the human life

Our DNA ancestors, that have come for the lift-up of the earthly civilization are many tens of thousand of years ahead, more evolved and of course they live long. E.g. Andromedans live 800 years. But they started from 200, then,400 etc. And the same is possible with the advance of the earthly science too. Also the thousand of errors in the Homo Sapiens DNA as the recent genomics projects reveals, that were accidentally created by the ancient genetic manipulation, is something that science can correct too. As a cotrast Lloyd Pye mentions that the other earthly animal primates have zero errors. But Andromendans assure that with the advance of our earthly sciences we will be able to correct them.

5. Some impressive features of the civilizations of our DNA ancestors.

According to Alex Collier the advanced civilization of Andromedans (I believe of Pleiadians too) has some interesting features like

a) The individuals are highly spiritual and communicate mainly with telepathy rather than voice-speech. Obviously we are far away from that, and the common earthly humans that may have telepathic abilities are using them without mutual consensus, respect for the other side, fair protocole of communication, pure intention, therefore in the wrong way.

They live very long (800 years or more) and their food does not involve animal flesh (vegetarians).

b) There are advanced members of their society that their body is not in the 3^rd material density (see the post 12 on choosing the concept of reality in psychologicalkeys.blogspot.com) but rather in the 5^th material density. But not all of them. Many are also in the 3^rd material density. Contrary to us that practically very often we identify entirely ourselves with our 3^rd density body. c) They do not use money inside the civilization although commerce among civilizations may use money. It is like a big family. For us from the layers of the A. Maslow human needs (see relevant post in psychologicalkeys.blogspot.com ) the lower two, physiology needs, and security needs are almost totally bought with money, while only recently with the internet and free products and services the higher layers of the Maslow Hierarchy, begin not to be monetised.

d) They do not use pharmacy in medicine. Basically they do not have illnesses. Their medical healing is through sound, light, and color. (I wonder if they mean 3^rd density sound too or 4^th density sound mainly) With us pharmaceutical companies and some doctors are very often responsible for a regressive application of medicine rather than progressive and benevolent. The use of sound and color is in infant state in the earthly medical science. I often think that with so much sound pollution in every day life, how a sound-healing therapy could be effective on earth? I noticed though many video in youtube with sound and color healing attempts.

e) Their politics is united with their metaphysics. They do not use the hierarchy model for power since many millennia, but rather something that Alex Collier calls holographic power. That is so different from us. Religion and State power was already separated during the Roman and Byzantine empire. And the traumatic experience of the Soviet Union tyranny, showed that going faster than we are mature for, in centralization and when the leaders do not have true spiritual divine metaphysical inspiration, it leads to tyranny. On the other hand there is some hope with the e-globalization and the direct e-democracy.

In my understanding we should not expect that we may become soon enough like any of the advanced civilizations of the Galaxy that are our DNA ancestors or DNA-cousins. Neither of course we should de-grade ourselves internally in to monsters. It seems that we are a middle type of civilization just emerging from its "consciousness under veil ", and we should keep it that way. We are different from all of the 22 civilizations of our DNA-ancestors. Of course the orientation for the right values by looking to their civilizations is very instructive. But the degree that higher values can work well in the earthly society is something to put to test by trial and error. Of course under threatened situation which is the right alliance, is obvious. Claiming to be more evolved than what we really can afford to be , cannot bring but unhappiness. But tending also to behave more like monsters compared to the human beings that we really are, brings also unhappiness. The middle road seems to be our road.

6. From 7 aether centers (chakras) to 12?

Here a good question is : Would we not prefer to have the two lower layers of basic physiological and security needs de-monetised? In other words individual as birth right to have the resources for daily survival food, health care, basic transportation, and shelter, for all their life? The planet does have the resources for this. And why to pay to be able to survive in our own planet? The moral impact on the individual to have to pay so as to survive is an almost immoral demand. The present economic system is very often overactive in vain, for good and services of highly questionable value and utility. It wastes vast volumes of energy and human activity. This becomes more clear as the technology advances, in energy, medicine, and agriculture. We could still keep the monetisation for the surplus monetary power (capital) that the initiative of some talented individuals would need for new services and products; (micro and macro economic scale). And we could still keep the monetisation for extra consumer or similar, goods and services that an individual might desire to enhance the wealth of his household (household economics). An obvious counter argument here is that if this would be so, then many people would not bother to work at all. I agree that in such a situation a significant percentage of people would choose not to work and survive with the absolutely basic only. At first this is not fatal for society. Maybe we are not aware that in the populations of underground ants, only 50% of them work each day. The current laws around the central banks create the debt-crisis and over borrowing. The way they do it is , by lending with interest almost all the printed money, to small groups of private banks. Then the private banks lend it in their turn, and as in the domino effect, excess debt is created in the economic system.

For example recently (end of 2011) the European Central Bank (ECB) printed 3-4 trillion euros, and lend them with interest to s small group of private banks. When the money (base money M1) is printed by the central banks, according to the current laws belongs to the central banks. But essentially (and here new laws and institutes are required) the printed currency belongs to all citizens. It is a public good not a private good. If we divide 3.5 trillion with 200 million Europeans it is a17,500 euros to each European citizen. Therefore with the current laws around the Central Banks, the result is that private banks lent to the citizens, enterprises and public sectors, the printed currency that already , in principle, belongs to them not to the banks. So a mechanism must be created, with new laws and institutions that will distribute the printed currency directly to the

c) households

without being debt, and without letting groups of private banks to monopolize the printed currency. Otherwise we get a banking-monetary oligarchy (or even monetary subtle tyranny) , that creates redundant debt and over-monetization of social life.

12. E-Globalisation of the individual and direct e-democracy.

The e-globalisation of the individual is known also as the 3rd globalisation of the individual (see T. 1) During July 2010 I was watching Lloyd Pye videos (see video 1.and 26, 35,40) , that challenged the traditional idea that Homo-Sapience is an earthly indigenous evolution of the Neanderthal -man. I started searching youtube for relevant videos when I fell upon the videos of Alex Collier and NASA . I put the more than 40 links of these videos and reports at the end and I advise the readers to watch them gradually but at least 60% of them.

2) It took me 3 weeks of 3-4 hours daily video watching to cover them all and it took me 6-10 months to start feeling comfortable with the new world-view. But the world would never be the same anymore! What was most disturbing is that most of the material by Alex Collier was there since the 80’s!

3) At the beginning I was feeling as if I was one of the few awake man in a world of millions of sleepwalkers even for simple perceptions like the moon and the salty oceans. But also I gained a new perspective of classical conspiracies approaches, like the David Icke’s insights, Satanism etc.

I will state in a galactic scale top-down approach the 6 fundamental concepts on which is based the wakening to a new enhanced world view for the political social, economic, anthropologic, civilization and even physical reality, events and which come out and are pre-required to follow the content of the video links below:

The first fundamental concept is:

C1) Life exists elsewhere too, on planets of other solar systems of the galaxy, as it exists on earth. If we compare the living biosphere of earth to a starbucks or MacDonalds environment, then similar biospheres exist in different solar systems but with the same types of trees , animals and conditions, like the above franchises. In particular there are 4-types of living biospheres in this galaxy:

a) The hydrogen breathing H₂-biospheres, that are the most common

b) The ammonia breathing NH₃-biospheres.

c) The methane breathing CH4-biospheres.

d) The oxygen breathing O₂-biospheres, that are the most biologically complex and rare.

The planet Mars is an example of a planet that had O2-biosphere which was destroyed 69.3 million years ago.

If a civilizations is just awakening and is not aware of the existence of the other civilizations in the galaxy (like us hitherto) is called terra-formed.

C2) The intelligent civilizations in this galaxy make alliances and groups according to their common values, power, DNA lineage etc. Exactly as the counties and nations in earth. There are mainly 3 groups of civilizations in this galaxy.

A) The monstrous reptilian (non-mammal) humanoids, that live mainly in the constellation of Orion, and Dragon.

B) The majority of the (mainly mammal humanoids) civilizations of the galaxy, that gather in the Andromedan Council of 139 civilizations. Much similar to our United Nations, (or to the star federation of the star-treck science fiction serial)

C) Some advanced and somehow more independent smaller groups of civilizations (like the Pleiadians)

Strange as it may seem to us, the space traveling in this galaxy seems to be as old as at least 245 million years ! And what is even more strange to us, there are archeologically discovered devices in some planets of the galaxy, of technology more advanced than the technology of any of the current 139 civilizations in the Andromedan council. In other words in the distant past there were even more advanced civilizations than the current alive civilizations in the galaxy!

The reptilian civilizations is a strange, phenomenon. (How is it possible that evolution would jump from reptiles to humanoids without the in-between evolution of mammals?). Reptilians do not seem to have evolved through the current 4- types of biospheres, at least in their known normal states. Did they evolve in previous lost types of biospheres? Did they evolve in sick and semi-destroyed states of the current 4 types of biospheres? Did they evolve in a different galaxy?

Were they created by more advanced intelligences by genetic engineering? It seems it remains unknown. The reptilians seem to believe that they rule the galaxy, but the reality seems to be different.

The third fundamental concept is

C3) Our earthly human mammal civilization (called by us Homo-Sapiens) is not a pure indigenous earthly specie of humanoids (like the Neanderthal man), but it started coming on earth about 700,000 B.C. as colonizers or refugees from other solar systems in the galaxy.

According to the modern earthly anthologists, skeletons and remains of the Homo-Sapiens individuals are found for the last 150,000-200,000 years.

It seems that many of the advanced mammal humanoid civilizations of the Andromedan Council, are “DNA-cousins” with a common root civilization, the civilization of the constellation of Lyra. This includes our case too. So we are DNA-cousins with many advanced mammal humanoid civilizations of the Andromedan Council, and our DNA-root civilizations is that of Lyra. There are more than 300 color variations of different human mammal races in the civilizations in this galaxy! Not only the 4-colors red, yellow, black, white that we have on our planet. The Lyra civilization was occupying 14 planets , and was invaded and destroyed about 600,000 B.C. by the Draconian reptilians. The refugees, spread all around the galaxy creating since that time many great civilizations, that include Andromedans, Pleadians, Procyon, and many other. The war between the reptilians and the above mammal humanoid civilizations lasted for hundreds of millennia. Now it has ceased, and no one was a complete winner. During this war the monstrous reptilians used to eat the killed in the battle enemy mammal humanoids.

The forth fundamental concept is

C4) It is not the first time (as DNA lineage) that we evolve at our current civilization level. We were more advanced in the past on this planet.
About 71,933 B,C, is established the collective colony of Lemouria (Mu=mather land) in a continent in the northern part of the pacific ocean (by now lost) and in 57,600 B.C. is established the collective colony Atlantis in a big round island in the northern Atlantic ocean (by now lost). There were 22 civilizations involved in these two collective colonies, with advanced space traveling, and were more advanced by our current civilization. They are the 22 races and DNA ancestors of our current race.

Lemouria was destroyed in war in 31,017 BC, and Atlantis in 27,603 B.C. The destruction of Atlantis involved split of the atom, radioactivity, which contaminated and degraded the higher nervous centers of the few survivors, turning them to miserable primitives. The biosphere was contaminated for 22,000 years and it was only after 7,000 B.C. that somehow healthier primitive populations and descendants of the few survivors of the Atlantis time, started to make the known human history. Are the almost "super-human" wars in the books of Mahabharata , a reflection of the wars from the time of Atlantis?

The fifth fundamental concept is

C5a) We are not the only intelligent type of humanoid in the planet earth!

In about 100 km under the surface of earth (almost at the end of the solid crust) and under the continent of north America, live about 1,833 reptilian non-mammal humanoids. They have advanced technology, and they obey to the reptilians from the constellation of Dragon, that visit them from time to time.

They live there for at least 1 million years! They eat human babies and according to the Andromedans they are responsible for 31,000 disappearance of children in the last 25 years, (information during the decade of 1990's).

Without the advanced technology of Andromedans that scan the events in the planet earth, we would not be able with our current earthly technology, to counteract their more advanced technology of camouflage when they come on the surface of the earth. Are they, when they move on the surface of the earth with advanced technological camouflage , the "tall fast moving black-shadows" that many people have reported seeing?

C5b) We humans, are not the only “speaking animal” on the planet earth.

We are accustomed to think that rational speaking, is the privilege of the standing on two legs humans. Wrong! It is only our ignorant arrogance that makes us think so! In the civilizations of the galaxy the Whales and Dolphins (that are exactly as we know them, but in other O2-biospheres of other solar systems in the galaxy) are honored as Sentient Animals. This means that more advanced civilizations in the galaxy have decoded the whistling of whales and Dolphins as a trinary language , and wrote in books what they say and sing. These sea mammals speak freely rationally and fluently with humans in those planets. The books that dictate to humans there, are considered as beautiful books of poems and books of philosophy! And we here on earth we just consider them as fat dumb fishes to slaughter for their meat. The Andromedan Council of the 139 civilizations of the galaxy declared that if the earthly humans lead whales and dolphins to extinction in our planet, we will never have a place in the Andromedan Council!

Whales and dolphins originated in Cygnus Alpha. Smaller star systems which orbit around the central suns of Daneb, Sidar, Denaia and Alderia, are where they come from. The largest population of whale and dolphin life, is right there. Within this collection of smaller stars are thousands of star systems. They wanted to migrate, they wanted to explore other worlds, they wanted to add to the whale dream. Space travellers made their dream true by transporting them in other planetary O2-biospheres

The sixth fundamental concept is relevant to tracing many if not all of the satanic conspiracy engulfing our world since ancient times.

C6) After the destruction of Atlantis and the degradation of humans to miserable primitives, the earthly indigenous reptilians tried in a systematic way the last 22,000 years , to play the role of “Gods” to the primitives. It is in this way that the human sacrifice to the “Gods” gained its moral value. And till our current day, are responsible for many subtle evil conspiracies in our civilization.

They are not alone, as they act in conjunction with the evil intentions from the reptilians of Orion, Dragon, and half reptilians of Sirius B.

Old stories, pictures and myths in many cultures, Indian, Greek, Scottish etc reflect their existence. Playing the "Gods" for the primitives was easier due to their life duration that can be thousands of years.
